12 months contract - Pharma Supply Chain - French Speaking Switzerland
Are you a detail-oriented supply chain expert with experience in pharmaceutical logistics Were seeking a proactive Senior Specialist for Customer and Logistics Planning to join a dynamic international environment in the healthcare industry.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage order processing invoicing and shipping documentation
- Coordinate with European distribution centers and manufacturing sites
- Ensure timely product delivery manage returns and reworks
- Maintain customer master data and ensure compliance with GDP and SAP standards
- Collaborate with Finance Purchasing Quality and 3PL partners
- Support month-end reporting and audits
- Liaise with global stakeholders on launches redeployments and change controls
Your Profile
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a multinational supply chain environment (pharma or consumer goods preferred)
- Strong SAP and MS Office skills
- Hands-on experience with 3PLs freight forwarding and export/import processes
- Structured accurate and used to working under pressure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international setting
