Job Description

Adfinis drives digitalization with open standards and technologies shaping a world of innovative sustainable and resilient IT solutions based on trusted Open Source technology to unlock the full potential of our customers.

Were currently on the lookout for an experienced Partner Manager to join our team of around 100 employees in Switzerland with subsidiaries in Germany the Netherlands Australia and Egypt.

In this already-established role youll report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Tasks

As Partner Manager youll be responsible for managing and evolving Adfinis partner ecosystem in alignment with the companys strategic goals and values.

By building and fostering scalable revenue-generating partnerships that support Adfinis growth in key markets and enhance its market position youll directly contribute to our success.

Youll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Marketing Delivery and Leadership teams and engage with vendors service providers and integrators to maximize mutual value.

Your tasks and duties will include:

  • Executing and refining the partner strategy in line with business goals
  • Managing and growing relationships with key partners
  • Resolving partner issues and escalating when needed
  • Keeping internal teams informed with partner updates
  • Representing the company at partner and industry events
  • Planning and executing joint go-to-market and marketing initiatives
  • Reporting partner KPIs to executive management
  • Supporting integration of partner solutions into offerings and projects
  • Coordinating partner training certifications and enablement
  • Managing partner records activities and contracts

Requirements

Experience and Expertise

  • Experience managing commercial partnerships preferably in an SMB IT environment
  • Familiarity with Open Source principles technologies trends and ecosystems
  • Ability to organize multi-stakeholder initiatives across marketing sales and technical teams
  • Understanding of contractual structures (e.g. partnership agreements distribution models)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and partner management platforms

Soft Skills

  • Stakeholder Management: You identify important stakeholders maintain engagement handle their requests and feedback balance interests and uphold mutual agreements.
  • Initiative: You solve problems independently take on new tasks and responsibilities make autonomous decisions seize opportunities and voice opinions and concerns.
  • Coordination: You assign tasks and link them to objectives integrate individual contributions monitor and maintain progress and establish a proper flow of information.
  • Relationship Management: You foster trust build rapport sustain relationships manage conflict and build networks.
