Job Description
Are you ready to shape the future of construction Launch your career with an internship at the interface between technical and commercial fields! Join our EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) Vertical Market Residential team for a 9 12-month internship with a commitment of 80-100% based in Altstetten Zurich.
As part of our dynamic team you will be responsible for project management and coordination among cross-functional teams with a focus on Modular Building (industrialized construction). You will support in developing innovative marketing and communication tools and platforms ensuring effective outreach and engagement:
- Market Expansion & Sales Growth: Drive Modular Building in Vertical Market Residential support local teams rolling out solutions to customers and develop new solutions based on customer needs.
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the regional Modular Building strategy together with other internal stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring & Marketing: Assist in sales budget execution oversee dashboards and develop regional marketing and communication tools.
Additionally you will support the Vertical Market Residential Business Development team to drive growth in EMEA
Qualifications :
- Completed Bachelors or Masters degree e.g. in Civil Engineering Business Chemistry or a related field.
- Proactivity creativity self-motivation and a passion for innovation with a growth mindset.
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written) German knowledge is advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Experience in digitalization and AI is a significant plus.
- Enjoy maintaining international relationships open to occasional travel.
