Job Description
Are you eager to start your professional career in a multinational environment Join us in our internship program to launch your career with us and benefit from our hands-on approach. We are looking for internship candidates available for a duration of 12 months as of 1st September 2025.
Your responsabilities
- You will participate in activities related to time and absence management (corrections responding to inquiries preparing reports etc.)
- You will handle requests for certificates related to social insurance
- You will respond to daily HR-related questions from staff
- You will contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes
- Depending on your skills and interests you will take part in various exciting cross-functional projects within a young dynamic and humorous team.
Your profile
- You are currently studying or recently graduated in business administration or a related field. A Human Resources Assistant certificate would be an asset
- You have excellent command of French and good knowledge of English and/or German
- You are enthusiastic about working in the field of human resources and are available for a 12 month period
- You have strong writing skills are proficient in the MS Office suiteand easily adapt to different IT systems
- You stand out for your autonomy teamwork abilities communication skills and attention to detail.
