Job Description
Location: Mountain View CA
Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced iOS Mobile Engineers to join our team in
developing and enhancing high-traffic customer-centric mobile applications. This role is
critical to delivering innovative solutions in the Human Capital Management (HCM) and
FinTech domains transforming how millions of users access pay manage time and
interact with financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-quality iOS experiences by understanding customer needs
and translating insights into mockups wireframes and proof-of-concept code.
Convert designs (Adobe Illustrator Photoshop PDFs PNGs) into fully functional iOS
applications.
Build quick server-side mocks to accelerate development.
Collaborate with AI experts to integrate AI capabilities into mobile applications
leveraging guidance as needed.
Propose and implement AI-driven solutions across multiple use cases.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of features.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent
practical experience.
7 years of experience in developing maintaining and innovating large-scale
consumer-facing mobile applications.
Proficiency in Swift and modern iOS technologies such as SwiftUI.
Experience with software design and architecture processes.
Strong knowledge of web services (REST CRUD SOAP).
Excellent communication skills capable of explaining complex technical concepts
to varied audiences.
Experience in unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

development.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to devise creative AI solutions.
