About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone earlier in their career who has a foundation in marketing and is eager to grow into a sales and business development role. Youll receive hands-on training to learn the business with plenty of opportunity to grow and earn through commissions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with Human Resource managers to provide them with Outplacement Services and Direct Hire recruiting solutions.
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Support marketing initiatives including social media campaigns and email marketing efforts to drive engagement and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with senior team members to learn the business development process from prospecting to closing.
- Research markets track industry trends and provide insights to help shape sales strategies.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and promote its services to targeted audiences.
- 1 3 years of experience in marketing social media or email marketing (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).
- Strong interest in building a career in business development and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable learning new systems tools and processes quickly.
- Based in PA NJ AZ or MA.
- Fully remote/work-from-home flexibility.
