- Performing a variety of bioanalytical assays (mainly ELISA and other plate-based assays with opportunities to work on cell culture SPR and gel electrophoresis) in a regulated GMP environment
- Taking ownership of laboratory equipment including routine maintenance qualification and ensuring readiness for high-quality project work
- Contributing to smooth laboratory operations by managing reagents keeping the lab organized and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
- Reviewing raw data in compliance with GMP standards supporting the accuracy and reliability of study results
- Actively contributing to investigations of GMP deviations non-conformities or out-of-specification (OOS) results helping to drive continuous improvement
- Completed education as Laboratory Technician (or equivalent scientific qualification)
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills contributing to a positive and supportive team culture
- Ability to work independently and reliably with strong sense of responsibility in a regulated environment
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); German or French is an advantage but not required
