Nous sommes à la recherche dun/e Bio-DS Manufacturing Training Technician qui soit structuré(e) pédagogue et orienté(e) qualité pour rejoindre notre équipe de production basée dans notre site de Bulle Suisse.
Concernant le rôle
Le rôle de Bio-DS Manufacturing Training Technician consiste à implémenter suivre et améliorer le plan de formation des équipes de production en respectant les normes GMP et la politique HSE du site. Il/elle agit en tant que référent/e formation en assurant lintégration des nouveaux collaborateurs et en développant des modules de formation adaptés aux besoins opérationnels.
Vous travaillerez avec
Vous rejoindrez léquipe de production et collaborerez étroitement avec les responsables déquipe les managers ainsi que les départements Qualité HSE et RH. Vous serez un acteur clé dans le développement des compétences et le maintien des standards de formation du site.
Vos activités
- Mettre en œuvre et appliquer le concept de formation pour la production Bio-DS manufacturing
- Définir et suivre les plans de formation individuels avec les managers
- Créer actualiser et dispenser les modules de formation en appliquant les requis GMP
- Former et accompagner les formateurs internes/qualifiés
- Suivre la formation sur le terrain et valider les acquis
- Soutenir lintégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
Intéressé/e Pour ce poste vous devez posséder la formation lexpérience et les compétences suivantes :
- Diplôme de niveau Bachelor idéalement dans un domaine technique ou scientifique
- Expérience en production pharmaceutique ou en environnement GMP requise
- Avoir travaillé en Zone à Atmosphère Contrôlée (zones D/C)
- Avoir travaillé sous flux laminaire (LAF/BSC)
- Expérience en production pharmaceutique (production spécialiste ingénieur etc.)
- Expérience en formation
- Connaissances en biologie/microbiologie
- Forte capacité dorganisation de structuration et de communication
- Compétences pédagogiques et sens de lévaluation humaine
- Capacité à dispenser des formations en groupe et à adapter son discours
- Aptitude à gérer de manière neutre et inclusive la diversité des profils
