Freelance SAP Project & Portfolio Management Support Barcelona

Join a global Life Science company in Barcelona supporting IT Portfolio and Project Management. This is a great opportunity for a well-organised and communicative professional to engage with both IT and business stakeholders and contribute to process improvement and operational excellence. What you can expect

YOU support the coordination of SAP portfolio and demand management ensuring alignment with solution train planning
YOU contribute to tracking and prioritisation of IT initiatives across the business
YOU assist with resource management and capacity planning across multiple initiatives
YOU maintain consistent reporting and dashboards supporting visibility and decision-making
YOU help drive adherence to portfolio tools and processes and support continuous improvement efforts
YOU provide operational support for cadence planning and dependency tracking across solution trains

What you offer

YOU are a well-organised communicator confident engaging with both IT and business stakeholders
YOU bring a good understanding of business processes and ideally have exposure to project portfolio management
YOU have experience (or strong potential) managing or supporting multiple projects simultaneously
YOU are comfortable consolidating status reports and handling project documentation
YOU have strong English skills both verbal and written
YOU are based in Barcelona and available to work onsite
