Manage client reports across all entities of the Group with respect to Mirabaud guidelines and standards in a timely manner and given deadlines :
- Establish and structure investment proposals for prospects and existing clients of the Group
- Provide portfolio overviews on a monthly quarterly yearly basis or on demand
- Develop highly customized reports for marketing purposes and client meetings
- Produce consolidated reports with data obtained from different sources such as banks family offices or other providers
- Brief and debrief with Relationship Managers related to client meetings
Ensure consistency of data respect of legal and marketing guidelines :
- Conduct appropriate controls and reporting processes to reduce risks and error rates
- Interaction in a regular basis with the experts in the different departments of the bank
- Update and organization of the library of documents produced
- Participate in the implementation development and testing of the new client reports
Qualifications :
- Masters Degree;
- 5-10 years experience within a bank in Switzerland in a similar function;
- Very good understanding of financial instruments;
- Strong interest in financial markets;
- Excellent analytical skills accuracy attention to details and well organised;
- Excellent time management able to perform well under pressure;
- Strong team spirit;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) good command of French any other language (Portuguese Spanish German) is an asset.
