- Install configure and maintain computer networks and systems.
- Create modify and delete user accounts and manage access controls across systems.
- Provide technical assistance to employees or clients addressing hardware and software issues login problems and general IT-related questions.
- Monitor IT Infrastructure performance and troubleshoot problems.
- Deploy and maintain software applications used by the organization ensuring compatibility with systems and compliance with licensing agreements.
- Use ticketing systems to log and track technical issues ensuring proper documentation of steps taken to resolve problems.
Your profile
- Bachelors degree in computer science or relevant specialist knowledge
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows administration and familiar with Office 365 MS Teams SCCM Intune BitLocker and antivirus installation
- Knowledge of VMware Networking protocols Active Directory MFA File System security Backups and Recovery
- Ability to quickly assess diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Available to participate to on-call service and work over weekend if necessary
- You are fluent in German and English (oral and written)
