This Position reports to:
Project Operations ManagerYour Missions and Responsibilities
Business Area: ABB Process Automation Energy Industries Division
Work Mode: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
- Leading and developing a team of engineers and technicians in France and internationally ensuring the quality profitability and timely delivery of mechanical engineering studies.
- Overseeing mechanical engineering functions across global centers driving continuous process improvement and technical innovation.
- Defining resource requirements planning engineering tasks and ensuring service productivity while meeting contractual commitments.
- Ensuring compliance with Quality HSE and integrity standards while motivating and developing team skills through training programs.

Profile Sought
- Masters degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
- Significant experience in managing technical study teams and projects
- Experience in multicultural and international environments
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering piping and general installation
- Ability to solve complex problems using structured methodologies
- Fluent in English (reading writing speaking)
- Strong leadership rigor results-oriented mindset commercial awareness and excellent strategic planning and prioritization skills
