Job Description

We are looking for aGlobal Commercial Relations (GCR) Specialist SAP SD Process Expertwho isanalyticalcollaborativeandproactiveto join ourGlobal Commercial Relations team based at ourUCB campuslocated inBulle Fribourg Switzerland.
About the role
You will be the SAP SD subject matter expert driving process excellence and contract lifecycle management across global commercial operations. Youre going to ensure system optimization compliance and stakeholder satisfaction through your expertise and leadership.
Who you will work with
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain Finance Legal and Product Master Data while supporting global clients across multiple UCB sales organizations. Youll be part of a dynamic team that values continuous improvement and customer-centricity.
What you will do
- You will represent GCR in key SAP projects and drive process improvements.
- You will be responsible for coaching users and maintaining training materials.
- You will manage contract reviews amendments and ensure timely execution.
- You will safeguard compliance and respond to audit requests.
- You will maintain SAP client master data and ensure accurate pricing and shelf-life tracking.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement and adjust transfer pricing.
Interested For this role we are looking for the following education experience and skills:
- You hold a higher education diploma in commerce or equivalent.
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in international trade or finance.
- You have strong expertise in SAP SD processes and flows.
- You are fluent in English and skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
- You are organized service-oriented and able to work independently.
- You are proficient in MS Power Query and data reporting.
