We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner (TPO) to lead and optimize our e-commerce purchasing & checkout experience. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise strategic vision and user-centric design to enhance checkout conversion rates minimize friction and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Own the product roadmap and strategy for the checkout experience ensuring alignment with broader business goals and customer needs
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers engineers QA teams and stakeholders to design develop and deploy new checkout functionalities
- Clearly define document and communicate product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria to the development team
- Prioritize the product backlog effectively balancing feature requests technical debt performance optimization and user feedback
- Bring technical point of view in refinement sessions and actively contribute to technical decisions (current or past)
- Analyze ecommerce experience and checkout flow performance metrics leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize user journeys
- Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders translating technical complexities into actionable business insights
YOUR SKILLS:
- Strong analytical skills proficient in using analytics tools (GA4 looker SQL) to interpret user behavior data and inform product decisions
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or Business but more importantly you have 5 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner Product Manager or similar role specifically focused on e-commerce
- Proven track record of delivering user-centric digital products with strong technical acumen and familiarity with web technologies
- Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience in setting up analyzing and interpreting results from A/B tests
