Job Description
Job Brief:
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contractual
Timings: CET (4 hours overlap)
Responsibilities:
Design clean user-friendly interfaces for survey-building and survey-taking across web and mobile
Visualize logic flows conditional questions and flexible input types
Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups using Figma or equivalent
Collaborate with developers and product managers to align features with functional needs
Gather and apply feedback from user testing and internal reviews
Document design specs for smooth developer handoff
Requirements:
3 years in product or UX/UI design with experience in form or survey tools or form-based tools (e.g. Qualtrics Typeform SurveyMonkey).
Portfolio of relevant work particularly showing interactive or logic-driven interfaces
Proficiency in Figma (preferred) Sketch or Adobe XD
Understanding of conditional logic branching and accessible UX principles
Strong collaboration skills in agile product teams
