We are looking for a department manager in make up starting February 2026
Your mission will be
Provide active support and advice for your team members in your department (Make Up Skin Care & Hair Care Fragrance)
Pass on knowledge about products trends and beauty news
Lead coach and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer experience
Act as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and pass on the Sephora DNA
Communicate targets clearly and motivate the team to achieve them
Complete merchandise management from receipt to proper storage write-offs returns and tester management
Collaborating on Visual Merchandising brand updates and in-store animations
Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets
Experience and skills
Experience in retail and team leadership ideally in a premium or service-oriented environment
At least 3 years of professional experience in make up
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations
Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends
Fluent in English or native language of the country
