- Act as support for Business Partners on various tasks.
- Create data-driven HR reports and perform statistical analysis to support strategic business decisions and workforce planning.
- Help manage payroll processes (40% workload) by maintaining accurate payroll data and coordinating with our external payroll provider to ensure timely and compliant payroll execution.
- Provide expert support to employees and managers on payroll inquiries employment law compliance and general HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee daily HR operations and handle a variety of administrative tasks ensuring efficiency and adherence to internal processes.
- Assist with internal HR matters and liaise with external partners on HR compliance issues helping to resolve queries as they arise.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Time Management system
- Serve as a Superuser for IFS providing expert support and guidance to end users throughout the transition and ongoing operations.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HR administration reporting and payroll processing.
- Showcase your skills in creating detailed reports and handling HR-related tasks efficiently.
