Weve created a new senior leadership role to help us live our values every day in our workplace our services and our relationships with whnau.

As Pouherenga GM Culture & Inclusion youll work along the GM Service Delivery and CEO to ensure Te Tiriti o Waitangi tikanga Mori and inclusive practices arent just written into our policies theyre reflected in how we work how we serve and how we connect with our communities.

Youll lead our kaupapa on diversity equity and inclusion making sure our services are safe cultural grounded and accessible to everyone including Mori Pasifika Rainbow disabled neurodiverse migrant and refuge whnau. Youll bring deep cultural fluency strong relationships with local iwi and hap and the ability to work with people at all levels to bring about meaningful change.

This role is about influence and action setting strategic direction supporting our kaimahi to grow their cultural capability and ensuring inclusion is embedded in every decision and programme. Youll also be the face of our C&I mahi in the community building partnerships across the sector and beyond.
