For this specific job opportunity we would value the following skills experience and attitude:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a fitness coach in a club or hotel
- Lifeguard certification / BNSSA or Swiss equivalent required
- Passionate about fitness wellness and customer relations
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent service mindset team spirit and dynamism

What will you work on at Hilton Geneva
Join the dynamic team of our LivingWell Health Club and help provide our guests with an exceptional fitness and wellness experience!
As a Leisure Coach reporting to the Leisure Supervisor you will be an ambassador for both our club and the hotel. Your mission is to deliver impeccable quality services in a safe and welcoming environment while fostering the loyalty of our members and guests.
- Lead group fitness classes (strength cardio aqua fitness etc.)
- Provide personal coaching sessions and offer tailored training programs
- Teach swimming lessons and ensure pool safety as a certified Lifeguard (certification required)
- Ensure compliance with the clubs quality hygiene and safety standards
- Manage the reception desk: greeting guests handling calls emails and class scheduling
- Conduct commercial prospecting to develop memberships
- Promote and sell our services as personal coaching and swimming lesson
- Actively contribute to member and hotel guest loyalty through personalized and warm service
