Job Description

Make your mark for patients

We are looking for an Analytical Transfer Program Lead who is eager to join our dynamic Patient Supply Quality Control department based in our manufacturing site in Bulle Switzerland.

About the role

As an Analytical Transfer & QC Readiness Program Lead you are responsible for leading the Analytical Method Transfer and QC Readiness program ensuring successful execution of analytical activities across global sites.

You will oversee planning coordination and implementation of analytical strategies to support product lifecycle and regulatory compliance.

Who youll work with

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Control Analytical Development Regulatory Affairs Manufacturing and external partners to ensure seamless analytical method transfers and readiness for QC testing.

What youll do

  • Lead the AMTE program strategy and execution across global sites.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to cross-functional projects.
  • Develop and manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes for analytical method transfers.
  • Facilitate cross-site collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor program performance and report key metrics to leadership.
  • Support process transfers for late-stage and commercial biologics.
  • Provide lab support for manufacturing and investigations.
  • Support readiness activities for new product introductions and technology transfers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills

  • Advanced degree (PhD MSc) in Analytical Chemistry Biochemistry or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in biopharmaceutical analytical development or QC.
  • Proven track record in analytical method transfers and QC readiness.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a transversal matrix.
  • Capacity to cope with change management high sense of empathy capacity to motivate and make people grow through proper coaching and delegations.
  • Ability to evaluate staffing and means versus project workload and translate into a clear action plan with an appropriates follow-up is essential.
  • Operational excellence (including 5S Tier cascade Coaching Training Lead time Investigation etc).
  • Capable of making ones proper decisions by utilizing strong analytical skills troubleshooting and problem-solving approach.
  • Change management skills.
  • Ability to lead investigation/deviation to support laboratories investigations with QC laboratories.
  • Excellent communication influencing and collaboration abilities.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
