We are looking for an experienced People Readiness Lead (m/f/d) to play a key role in supporting the transformation journey towards SAP S/4HANA implementation. As part of the Global Release Team you will work closely with country change leads and local stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive learning and change management approach. Your focus will be on ensuring countries understand and apply the global mandatory training framework while adapting it to local needs to enable successful adoption.
Support countries in identifying the scope of local learning needs by analyzing Change Impact Assessments and Training Needs Assessments.
Develop and implement local learning plans integrated into overall Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans across regions adapting intensity based on deployment lifecycle.
Guide and coordinate local change colleagues on learning requirements and implementation activities.
Lead stakeholder engagement related to training analysis and execution.
Manage scheduling and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for both mandatory and local learning programs.
Act as the main point of contact for countries regarding mandatory training and local learning queries.
Conduct quality assurance of local learning materials to ensure consistency accuracy and alignment across regions.
Share best practices promote lessons learned and encourage reuse of locally tailored materials from previous releases.
Collaborate closely with the Global Release Team Global Training Team and Adopt Team to align learning strategies and activities.

5 years of experience leading organizational change and learning projects for large-scale multi-site ERP solutions such as SAP.
Degree in Behavioural or Educational Sciences (graduate or postgraduate) desirable.
Proven track record in organizational change management within global cross-functional environments.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management skills including the ability to influence senior leadership.
Flexible adaptable and able to work effectively in ambiguous and dynamic situations.
Highly organized energetic and creative professional with strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
