What youll do
- Be the single point of contact for treatment sites scheduling patient-specific manufacturing slots and keeping all stakeholders in sync
- Own the end-to-end customer experience from first schedule creation to real-time portal support
- Troubleshoot & resolve logistics challenges coordinating exception processes (returns replacements OOS) calmly and proactively
- Maintain accurate master & transactional data in the scheduling and account-management systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally leading or contributing to tactical meetings and improvement projects as operations allow
What you bring
3 years experience in customer service call-centre operations logistics supply-chain or related field
- Proven ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced setting remaining customer-centric and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills in English & German; French nice to have
- A self-starter mindset ownership and a collaborative spirit
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent professional experience)
