Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Mit Adobe InDesign Illustrator Photoshop und Figma gehst du souvern und effizient um
- Beim Einsatz generativer KI-Tools (z.B. Firefly Midjourney DALLE ChatGPT) bernimmst du Verantwortung und nutzt deine Erfahrung um kreative Lsungen zu entwickeln
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Templates Plugins oder einfachen Automatisierungen (z.B. in Figma ExtendScript n8n) und setzt diese gezielt im Designprozess ein
- Mit einem praxisnahen lsungsorientierten Umgang mit technischen Mitteln (Vibe Coding) findest du funktionierende Wege um wiederkehrende Aufgaben effizienter zu gestalten
- Du kennst die Anwendung gngiger Datenformate wie JSON oder CSV im Designkontext z.B. fr das Arbeiten mit strukturierten Inhalten oder die Vorbereitung automatisierter Ablufe
Deine Strken
- Spass an der kreativen Gestaltungsarbeit kombiniert mit systematischem und lsungsorientiertem Denken motiviert dich
- Du hast Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools in der Gestaltung sowie in der Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben (z.B. Templates Scripting APIs)
- Mit strukturierter sorgfltiger und effizienter Arbeitsweise behltst du stets den Blick fr Optimierungspotenziale
- Grundkenntnisse in HTML und CSS sind von Vorteil um Schnittstellen besser zu verstehen und digital anschlussfhig zu arbeiten
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und sicheres Stakeholder-Handling bringst du mit
- Teamorientierung Offenheit und die Fhigkeit dich konstruktiv einzubringen und gemeinsam weiterzukommen fachlich wie menschlich gehren zu deinen Strken
