Job Description
Become our third Co-Founder and CTO and help us shape a new generation of agentic AI platforms for the manufacturing industry.
Were the first European platform that combines your ERP data with global news weather and market signals. We deliver quantified risk cost impact and mitigation options focused on geopolitical and climate development.
Tasks
- You have a deep passion about geopolitics and the future of AI
- You think entrepreneurially enjoy being a co-owner (equity) and see yourself as a driving force in a small motivated founding team.
- Zurich is ideal but remote/hybrid is also possible.
- Startup experience is not a must but your willingness to take responsibility counts.
Requirements
Must have
Profound understanding of LLMs/AI agents (OpenAI LangChain LangGraph Huggingface etc.)
Knowledge of RAG pipelines evaluation methodologies
Experienced in the development of ML-based applications through PyTorch and transformers
Hands-on with at least one backend framework:
Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) (Express/NestJS) or Java (Spring Boot)
Designed and implemented REST APIs and distributed microservices
Highly experienced with cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure
Skilled with CI/CD Docker and Kubernetes
Experience building robust frontend applications with TypeScript and a modern framework (e.g. React Vue or similar)
Mindset & Leadership: Enjoy responsibility co-creation and entrepreneurial work. Motivation to help shape a company from scratchwhether you already have startup experience or not.
Nice to have (Strong Plus)
- Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka RabbitMQ)
- Understanding of monitoring OAuth2/JWT and security best practices
- Background in SQL/NoSQL database and data integration
- Domain expertise in risk management geopolitics
