Job Description

We are supporting an international client in the search for an experienced HR Change Specialist to join their internal project team. This role focuses on supporting the successful implementation of a new HXM system by driving change initiatives across the organization. The goal is to ensure high adoption minimal disruption and clear communication of new roles and responsibilities within HR and the wider business.

  • Lead and execute change management activities related to HR system implementation

  • Support the smooth transition to a new HXM system while ensuring service continuity

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR IT and the business to clarify new roles

  • Design and deliver communications and training plans to drive user engagement and adoption

  • Actively monitor the impact of change initiatives and support continuous improvement

  • Work closely with a cross-functional change team to meet project milestones

  • Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR transformation and change management

  • Proven experience in implementing HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors Workday)

  • Strong communication stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international remote setting

  • Structured proactive and solution-oriented approach
