Who are we looking for
Join Amplifons international HR team and help shape the future of an exciting industry at the intersection of Retail and Med to the local Head of HR the HR Intern will support all HR administrative tasks and assist in a dedicated area of Recruiting (with potential for development). The role contributes to the achievement of business goals by ensuring smooth HR operations and delivering an excellent internal customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Within this role you work in close collaboration with the HR Director the HR Operations and the different line managers.


Key activities/responsibilities you will oversee:

HR Administration

  • Support the full employee life cycle including intake contract preparation and negotiation onboarding processes and administrative follow-up
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding of new employees and apprentices including preparation and execution of onboarding days in close collaboration with the business
  • Assist the Head of HR in the performance management process
  • Participate in international HR projects such as Employee Engagement Employer of Choice initiatives and Social Media campaigns
  • Monitor and apply HR best practices in recruiting; support in creating recruiting KPIs and general HR reporting
  • Promote the companys reputation as an employer of choice (Best Place to Work)
  • Assist with payroll preparation by gathering and organizing necessary administrative information for the Payroll Specialist
  • Manage time tracking and absence administration for all employees (Oracle and Abacus)

Talent Acquisition & Talent Management (development possibility)

  • Take responsibility for recruiting activities within a defined employee group
  • Conduct job and task analysis to define job requirements and objectives
  • Create and publish job postings on relevant platforms such as job boards and university portals
  • Screen CVs and applications and support the pre-selection process
  • Participate in interviews using a variety of tools and selection methods (e.g. databases social media university outreach)
  • Assess candidates skills experience cultural fit and potential through structured interviews
  • Support and co-develop innovative employer branding and talent acquisition strategies aligned with group-level goals (e.g. university marketing strategic partnerships)
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline; serve as a point of contact for candidates and foster strong relationships throughout the recruitment process

Project management

  • Contribute to the ongoing digitalization and continuous improvement of HR processes
  • Evaluate and actively participate in new HR projects together with the Head of HR taking ownership of specific areas as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Assist in designing and implementing overarching HR strategies with a focus on innovation process optimization and digital solutions


What youll need to succeed

  • Hold of a bachelors or masters degree or equivalent by experience
  • Language skills: German English French (must criteria)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook) with very strong Excel skills being a requirement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
  • Proactive approach and enthusiastic personality
  • Strong communicator with the ability to create and cultivate relationships
  • Change agent and growth mindset willing to go the extra mile in a dynamic environment
