The role
Were looking for a Platform Engineering Consultant whos ready to shape the future of how enterprises build and operate digital platforms.
In this role youll work closely with and be mentored by experienced experts such as Romano Roth Zhlkes Chief of Cybernetic Transformation and a recognized thought leader in DevOps Platform Engineering AI and Enterprise Architecture. Youll take over and support strategic client engagements contribute to transformative initiatives like the Cybernetic Delivery Platform and Platform Plane and grow into a trusted advisor and technical leader.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to take their expertise to the next level and drive meaningful change for leading enterprises.
How youll make an impact
- Collaborate closely with renowned experts gaining mentorship and strategic insight while supporting and leading client engagements in Platform Engineering and DevOps.
- Work with enterprise clients to design and implement modern platform and cloud architectures that enable speed security and scale.
- Shape digital transformation initiatives and help clients build internal developer platforms automation pipelines and AI-augmented capabilities.
- Contribute to Zhlkes strategic initiatives Cybernetic Delivery Platform (CDP) and Platform Plane. A forward-looking approach to internal platforms and platform engineering at scale.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration across disciplines and industries to deliver integrated solutions and long-term value.
- Evolve into a trusted advisor for clients helping them align technology architecture and ways of working with their business goals.
Whats important to us
- Experience in Platform Engineering or DevOps or Enterprise Architecture. Ideally in a consulting role or in a senior technical capacity.
- Solid knowledge in cloud-native technologies (e.g. Kubernetes infrastructure as code CI/CD observability) and a passion for automation.
- Interest or experience in adjacent areas such as AI enablement enterprise transformation or digital governance.
- Strong consulting foundations: effective communication project management running workshops selling consulting work pragmatism output-focused work etc.
- An independent and structured working style with a pragmatic mindset and focus on value creation.
- Fluency in German and strong communication skills in English.
- You are based in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
