EduTalent Group are supporting a international school in Switzerland. As part of this exciting development we are seeking a qualified and passionate MYP Mathematics Teacher to join the founding team.
This is a rare opportunity to help shape a boutique international school that offers an inquiry-led values-driven education grounded in the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and inspired by the natural surroundings of the Ticino region. The school will serve both international and local families providing a bilingual inclusive and innovative learning environment for students aged 3 14.

Requirements
We are seeking an educator who is collaborative reflective and inspired by the challenge of building something new. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching in IB settings and be committed to fostering curiosity creativity and deep conceptual understanding through mathematics.
Essential Requirements:
A recognised teaching qualification in Teaching Mathematics
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at middle or high school level
Native-level English fluency (spoken and written)
Valid passport or visa permitting work in Switzerland/EU
Strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning and the IB MYP framework
Ability to design and deliver engaging student-centred lessons
Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Commitment to child safeguarding and student wellbeing
Desirable:
Experience teaching within the IB MYP or DP programmes
Prior involvement in IB authorisation or evaluation processes
Bilingual fluency in English and Italian
Curriculum development experience in international contexts
