As Senior Software Solution Architect at Hexagon Robotics youll shape end-to-end solution architecture balancing innovation business goals and technical feasibility. Youll lead the design of scalable secure enterprise systems ensure compliance with industry standards and mentor engineering teams driving impact in a fast-growing globally active organization.

- Develop architecture vision across customer solutions and integrations accounting for business objectives innovation and technical feasibility
- Design and oversee implementation of complex enterprise solutions including creation of architectural blueprints technology selection considering scalability security and performance
- Ensure governance and compliance objectives are achieved including industry regulations security standards and best practices implement governance frameworks and conduct regular audits and assessments
- Actively provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
- Being part of a growing organization with startup spirit in a globally active company
This is you
- Advanced Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Proven track record and deep understanding of enterprise software architectures industry standards and emerging technologies
- 10 years of hands on experience working as a software engineer preferably in integration of data intensive applications with customer specific APIs
- Strong background and knowledge around cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and scalable data platforms/data ingestion from edge devices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and business stakeholders
