As leader you will create strong partnerships acrossthe business to ensure delivery of our Supply Chain strategiesin line with our Growth agenda. You will beresponsible for Leading coaching and developing our Plant multifunctional teamsto identify best practices andimprovements that will increase our reliability productivity safety and quality. Your goal will be to establish an Agile andsynchronized Supply chain.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards ofSafety Quality Cost Delivery Sustainability and Engagement goals
• Proactively identify key opportunities and link strategy to action to support the companys overall business goals
• Establish and maintain astrong governance to review & control operational performance to ensure products meet or exceed internal and external standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and embed a zeroloss mindset across the site to deliver against best in class both internally and externally
• Leading coaching and mentoring of the multifunctional team towards continuation ofIL6SIntegrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working and phase journey as per masterplan and develop a highperforming team
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork accountability engagement and continuous learning while championing a high quality and safety culture
• Pan and manage capital expenditure projects related to factory investments new equipment and infrastructure improvements
• Monitor and control manufacturing costs within the budget implementing strategies for cost reduction and was minimization
• Lead and be Accountable for Talent Capabilities & Engagement for the Plant identify and implement critical leversto attract retain & develop critical talent and build capability at all levels
• Interface with Key stakeholders internally &externally to establish/maintain effective relationships align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives goals andbuild the company equity and image.

What you will bring

• Significant experience in leading manufacturing performance in a fast moving manufacturing environment withexceptional results (FMCG experience) with a career that has seen time at the Front Line and/or ManufacturingManager level. Demonstrable and intuitive knowledge on fundamentals of good manufacturing practice processimprovement and optimizationReconfiguration and imbedding of new or enhanced technologyManaging Costs andVariance Motivatersand engagement levers for shop floor based performanceexperience in TPMTotal productivemaintenance 5s LEAN 6 sigma tools and concepts
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) coaching and leadership skills in a teambased abilities in Analytics problem solving and team building with a strong financial & business acumenproject management skills and Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in interfacing with the broader Supply Chain and Commercial functions and a high level of capabilityaround managing relationships and outcomes with Demand Planning Supply Planning Logistics Customer ServiceCategory and Sales.
• Fluency in English language & very good level of German language
