As a Senior Product Manager for Managed Services you will drive the strategic development and delivery of innovative service solutions for our B2B customers. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to shape the product vision define roadmaps and ensure seamless execution. This is a key role with high visibility and impact across the organization
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define the vision strategy and roadmap for managed services offerings ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to endoflife including market analysis business case development pricing strategies and postlaunch performance evaluation
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering marketing sales and customer support teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends customer requirements and competitive landscape utilizing insights to inform product development and positioning
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding managed services providing regular updates on product performance enhancements and strategic initiatives
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success customer satisfaction and financial performance implementing improvements as necessary
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all managed services comply with relevant regulations and industry standards maintaining highquality service delivery and customer trust
YOUR SKILLS:
- Educational background: Bachelors and Masters Degree in Computer Science Engineering Technical MBA Business Marketing Information Systems Technology Science Education

- Professional experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry and business experience
- Proofed passion about technology and a strong drive to advance the state of IT through virtualization
- Demonstrated product management experience for enterprise security products/solutions including building business cases identifying market opportunities and growing product revenues
- Language: Fluency in German is a must. Solid English and French skills is of big advantage
