Opportunity to step into a recently created role to support Sunrise as a newly listed business. The Risk & Insurance Manager is integral to assessing the risk exposure of the business and how insurance can address these exposures.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
Risk & Assurance (50%)
- Support enhancing and embedding risk management across the business including developing innovative and pragmatic ways to apply riskbased approaches operationally.
- Administer and propose changes to the risk management framework including the incorporation of new risk assessment mechanisms based on best practices and new regulations.
- Coordinate and perform scheduled and ad hoc risk assessments with management including proactive identification of risks and the maintenance of risk registers.
Insurance Management (50%)
- Support strategic insurance management by facilitating regular insurance and risk reviews.
- Manage the Sunrise insurance program operationally.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Previous experience in risk management insurance or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data identify trends and propose actionable solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Detailoriented and thorough in approach.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Access).
- Verbal/written fluency in German and English.
