Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Team Size: Handling minimum 10 Members
Job Description:
We are hiring a Java Team Leader for a Leading Bank at their Head Office. The role requires a strong leader with expertise in Core and Advanced Java who can manage a team of developers drive project delivery and ensure high coding standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of 10 Java developers.

Design develop and maintain high-performance banking applications.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business product testing and operations).

Review code provide technical guidance and ensure best practices in development.

Manage end-to-end project delivery within deadlines.

Troubleshoot optimize and enhance application performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development.

Strong expertise in Core Java & Advanced Java (JSP Servlets JDBC etc.).

Hands-on experience with frameworks (Spring Hibernate etc.) is preferred.

Proven experience in team handling (10 members).

Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills.
