Sales Agent
Drive sustainable energy adoption with a trusted renewable solutions provider
Ferndale Johannesburg (Hybrid) R18000 R25000 per month 8:30 AM 4:30 PM

The Role: Sales Agent
The Sales Agent will manage the full B2C sales cycle from lead generation through to closing while ensuring a positive customer journey. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a proven track record who is passionate about renewable energy and achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through cold calling networking and social media

  • Generate qualify and nurture leads through the sales funnel

  • Conduct consultations to understand client energy needs and present tailored solutions

  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Zoho preferred)

  • Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Provide strong after-sales service and encourage client referrals

  • Stay updated on renewable energy trends and contribute to sales strategies

About You

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in high-volume B2C sales (solar/renewable industry an advantage)

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and Google Workspace

  • Minimum high school diploma; degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred

  • Energetic proactive and target-driven

  • Excellent communication skills across phone email and face-to-face interactions

  • Organised able to manage multiple deals simultaneously

  • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset
