As the Manager of HRIS and HR Analytics you will be responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and leveraging HR data to drive strategic decision-making. Your role will involve collaborating with various business leaders and stakeholders to ensure the effective use of HR technology and data analytics to support our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation maintenance and enhancement of HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
Develop and manage HR analytics and reporting to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and address system issues and improvements.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
Analyze HR data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement.
Support the development and execution of HR strategies through data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in HRIS management and HR analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS software and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
Specific Software Requirements:
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with SQL for database management and reporting.
