Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Privacy Manager to lead and enhance JHHPs privacy program ensuring compliance with privacy laws regulations and internal policies. The role is focused on our health plans. The Privacy Manager will support the Executive Director Compliance & Regulatory Affairs in strategic planning reporting and implementation of enterprise-wide privacy initiatives.
The program manager is responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the program in a Functional Unit and will develop and maintain the program environment to support all projects within the program. The program manager is responsible for the effective co-ordination of the programs projects and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising. This will include the co-ordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realization of projected benefits.
The program manager is crucial for creating and maintaining focus enthusiasm and momentum in the program(s) and will provide leadership and manage multiple projects related to performance improvement in the program within the constraints of scope quality time and cost to deliver the specified requirements which will include but not be limited to: a) project planning initiatives that seek to improve quality and reduce the cost of care and maintaining associated timelines and accountabilities; b) serving as the point of contact between the program and individual participants to facilitate communication coordinate activities or to gather distribute or provide access to data; c) supporting the program efforts aimed at optimizing documentation and risk adjustment; d) helping to coordinate the program activities between the evidence-based practices core quality improvement information technology and analytic teams; e) assisting with meeting/committee preparation coordination and sharing summaries.
Experience:
Education: Bachelors degree required with a concentration in Business Management preferred. Masters Degree in a related field is a plus.
Skills:
Work requires excellent writing and verbal communication skills and excellent analytical skills.
Work requires excellent leadership teamwork interpersonal influence and communication skills to allow incumbent to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and external contacts; demonstrated ability to persuade communicate clearly and cooperate with other managerial staff to achieve overall organizational objectives.

Salary Range: Minimum 37.04/hour - Maximum 61.16/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
