Litigation Solicitor
The Opportunity
Hunter Savage is delighted to be recruiting a Litigation Solicitor (26 years PQE) for a well-regarded law firm with a strong litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy disputes team working across complex commercial property banking insolvency and professional negligence litigation.
The role offers excellent exposure to high-quality work partner mentoring and a genuine opportunity for progression.
The Role
Working with experienced litigators across Dublin and Wicklow you will gain exposure to:
Commercial and contractual disputes
Banking and financial services litigation
Professional negligence claims
Property and real estate litigation including landlord & tenant title and development disputes
Insolvency restructuring and enforcement matters
You will manage your own files while also assisting partners on larger complex disputes.
The Person
Qualified Solicitor with 26 years PQE
Background in litigation with some exposure to commercial banking property or insolvency disputes
Strong drafting advisory and client skills
Ambitious collaborative and eager to progress
