We are seeking an accomplished ROI Sales Manager to join us at a pivotal time of significant growth and investment in Ireland helping shape the future of our Water Utilities business.
This is a strategic business development role focused on expanding Sulzers presence in the Water Utilities sector particularly in the Wastewater market with a strong emphasis on rotating equipment. We are seeking a highly respected professional well-connected within the Irish Water market capable of driving substantial growth and delivering results from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Sulzers footprint in the ROI Water Utilities sector.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Wastewater market.
- Leverage an established network of industry contacts to influence decision-makers and accelerate growth.
- Build and maintain enduring relationships with key stakeholders in water utilities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions involving rotating equipment.
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and emerging opportunities providing actionable insights to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record of business development within the Irish Water/Wastewater market.
- Well-connected and credible with key water utility stakeholders.
- Technical understanding of rotating equipment including pumps and motors.
- Strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation communication and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a high-growth strategic market.
