As part of Cushman & Wakefields Dublin office youll be joining a collaborative forward-thinking team thats active on some of the highest-profile retail instructions in the country. Our clients include institutional landlords leading developers and international occupiers giving you broad exposure and the chance to grow your network at the highest level. Youll also benefit from strong internal links across service lines and opportunities to contribute to cross-border work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of retail leasing acquisitions disposals and advisory services.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients.
  • Drive new business initiatives and contribute to the strategic growth of the Retail service line.
  • Lead mentor and support a team of surveyors and advisors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Capital Markets Valuation and Advisory.
  • Represent Cushman & Wakefield at industry events and play an active role in business development.

About You

  • Minimum 8 years experience in the retail property sector with a strong track record in leasing and client delivery.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing or mentoring teams.
  • Strong market knowledge of the Irish retail sector.
  • MRICS/SCSI qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • A proactive commercially-minded individual with a passion for delivering results.
