This is your chance to lead SPM Oil & Gass sales and service strategy across Indonesia owning a country portfolio that spans business development aftermarket growth and Lifecycle Services (LS) execution. Shift: Regular
Work Location: Jakartabased with frequent travel across Indonesia; periodic offshore/onshore site visits as business requires.
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
Travel Requirement: up to 50%
Domestic relocation is not available for this position.
What You Will Do:
Business Development Sales & Marketing
Manage all business development sales and marketing opportunities across Indonesia; build healthy pipeline and deliver intake and revenue vs. budget.
Develop and deepen customer relationships raise awareness of SPMs products deliver presentations and create new business opportunities.
Actively increase SPMs market share and margin within applicable codes of conduct and business policies.
Manage all aspects of aftermarket sales (parts services rental and refurbishment).
Lifecycle Services (LS) & Aftermarket Operations
Lead LS operations endtoend: planning field execution support and service quality.
Serve as the role model and goto leader for service engineers; coach to elevate performance morale and safety while reducing disciplinary and other negative issues.
Take the lead during emergencies and theFNCRprocess; ensure engineers are wellversed in scope procedures documentation and billing.(Aligned with SPMs FNCR procedure and LS service policy.)
Coordinate spares ordering repair machine time logistics/transportation andmonitor equipment utilization.
Crossfunctional & Tender Leadership
Partner closely with theEastern Hemisphere General Manageron market strategy and pricing.
Lead multiparty collaboration (Sales Commercial LS Aftermarket) to develop and submit winning tender proposals.
Work with Engineering to resolve field queries and customer technical issues.
Commercial Management & Reporting
Drive disciplined followup onaccounts receivable.
Prepare and present periodic management reports (prospect list intake revenue vs. budget P&L inputs projected growth/forecast etc.).
Demonstrate high commitment and alignment with SPMs core values in all interactions.

Product Knowledge:Subjectmatter expertise insurface wellheadsandChristmas trees (Xtrees).
Background / Experience
Bachelors degree inMechanical Engineering(or related discipline).
5 yearsin Sales Marketing and Services within theOil & Gassector.
Understanding ofoffshore and onshoreoperations.
Knowledge of manufacturing requirementsQA/QC andAPI specifications(e.g. API 6A 16A).
Nice to Have
Experience leadingaftermarket/serviceoperations with field engineers and contractors.
Familiarity withtendering in Indonesia(e.g. SOE/PSC environments).
Fluency inBahasa IndonesiaandEnglish; ability to work offshore/onshore environments (relevant certifications a plus).
