We seek a Director of Human Resources (HR). As the Director of HR you will be empowered to drive change manage complex issues innovate and continually improve outcomes through investing in our people. We seek a world-class leader who can build on the existing strengths of the HR team and help to lead ESF forward with vision and ambition.
The appointee will offer significant senior leadership and management experience strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrable track record in establishing and overseeing HR strategy leading and managing HR operations. A commitment to contributing to the wider development and strategic direction of ESF as a member of the Executive Leadership Committee is essential.
