Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator - Clitheroe - up to 28k basic plus bonus
A rare and fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join this award-winning leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years. They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent to join their branch in Clitheroe as a Senior Sales Negotiator.
As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:
- Arranging property viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
- Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
- Sales Progression
Skills Required:
- Estate Agency experience is ESSENTIAL
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and car
Working Hours:
Monday Friday 9am 5.30pm
Alternate Saturdays 9am 3pm with a day off mid-week in lieu.
