Le/la titulaire sera responsable de la prospection de la conversion et du dveloppement de contrats de maintenance auprs de notre base installe de portes tout en assurant le soutien administratif et stratgique du processus de vente de contrats de maintenance.

Estimation :
Soutenir la cration doffres et de soumissions pour nos vendeurs externes ainsi que les autres employs de la compagnie.
Conversion de garanties :
Identifier les propritaires des portes rcemments installes.
Contacter les clients par tlphone et courriel pour prsenter nos propositions de valeur.
Comptences requises :
Orientation client.
A laise dans un CRM.
Excellentes comptences en communication particulirement par tlphone et courriel.
Bonne connaissance des produits et offres internes.
Comprhension technique et intrt pour les solutions mcaniques.
Sens de lorganisation autonomie et esprit collaboratif.
Exigences :
Diplme dtudes secondaires ou quivalent par exprience.
2 3 ans dexprience dans un rle similaire (ventes internes ou estimation).
Exprience documente en vente B2B ou en rle administratif.
Matrise du franais et de langlais (oral et crit).
Matrise des outils MS365 et CRM.
