About the Role:
This position ispart medication history part inpatient pharmacy. Weekends (every 3rd) will be worked in theinpatient pharmacysetting.
The purpose of thePharmacy Medication History Technician Iis to prepare complete medication history lists based on information obtained during interviews with caregivers which are then utilized by prescribers during the admission reconciliation process. Youll contribute to departmental goals by providing accurate and timely medication information to support safe and correct ordering of medications for patients admitted to JHACH. Along with other pharmacy staff youll help deliver pharmacy services aligned with the high standards of care were known for.
