Job Description
Compa Ristorante at Canberra Centre is recruiting for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on position responsible for bar drinks and staff training.

The role
- Reports directly to the Venue Manager
- Supervision of bar staff
- Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service staff presentation and grooming
- Lead by example and mentor/guide new colleagues
- Extensive knowledge of Spirits and Cocktail creation and making.
- Busy and fast paced bar environment.

- Able to plan logically and set clear working goals
- Great problem solving skills
- Ability to train and mentor other staff
- Experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- ACT RSA qualified and full working rights in Australia
- WSET wine qualifications an advantage
