We are working with a leading Dublin-based commercial law practice to recruit an Associate Solicitor (1 PQE) to join their highly regarded Public Procurement team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile matters for a broad client base including public bodies utilities and private sector organisations engaged in major infrastructure and technology projects.

The Role:
Advise clients on all aspects of public procurement processes from initial strategy through to contract award and post-award compliance.
Draft procurement documentation and provide strategic guidance on complex projects.
Advise on procurement disputes and litigation working closely with dispute resolution specialists.
Provide compliance and regulatory advice relating to procurement law.
Opportunity to develop expertise in competition law State aid and/or commercial contracts.
The Person:
Qualified solicitor with 1 PQE in public procurement or a related commercial/regulatory area.
Strong drafting and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.
Experience in contract law competition law or procurement litigation is an advantage.
