About the role

We are hiring two Future Networks Senior Performance Specialists to join Essential Energys Future Networks Program. These roles are key to driving transformational change and innovation across the organisation. You will support strategic objectives by leading performance measurement onboarding new asset capabilities and enhancing operational efficiencies. As part of a dynamic team youll help embed new technologies and systems enable process improvements and deliver impactful business outcomes.

This role can be based anywhere within Essential Energys operational footprint.

About You

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. You thrive in dynamic environments and excel at engaging stakeholders to deliver measurable value. Your ability to analyse data identify gaps and propose future-focused solutions positions you as a leader in enabling energy transformation.
