Life Enrichment Coordinator - Independent Living - Part time (less than 30hrs per week and some weekends)
Shift: 11:30am - 7pm
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Independent Living Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for the planning coordinating and directing of a wide and varied scope of activities and programming which meet the spiritual emotional intellectual vocational social physical and environmental needs of the residents in Independent. As needed assist with coordinating activities with Assisted Living Memory Care as well as Skilled/Comprehensive Nursing Unit.
Primary Job Duties
1. Plan coordinate and direct a robust program of spiritual emotional intellectual vocational social physical and environmental activities with the intent of including all residents in some area of lifestyle activity.
and maintain relationships with lecturers volunteers community resources performers etc. who can provide programming to the residents.
coordinate and direct a robust calendar of events and programs by meeting with residents to determine their needs and desires and then scheduling community drivers or outside resources.
4. Maintains the master calendar of community events (ie. Life Enrichment Marketing HR RVP Board & Foundation etc.) as well as providing direction/documentation to Plant Operation team for set ups (ie. room set up sheet for various functions activities meetings etc.)
5. Will oversee and manage the transportation department to ensure resident satisfaction as well as maintaining operations (scheduling reducing overtime utilizing Lyft as needed etc.)
