You will be responsible for activities related to the construction building and commissioning on customer site from site mobilization through civil erection and commissioning work as well as management activities related to this scope. You will work with multiple functions driving them to implement the proper strategies to guarantee Projects flawless execution and issues resolution. You will interact with regional Teams & Customers providing best support while leading criticalities.

As a Senior CoE Site Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions.

  • Presenting product/program strategies technical roadmaps risks and recommendations to senior leads across Baker Hughes.

  • Leading complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.

  • Fostering customer relationships to build credibility.

  • Guiding Regional Installation managers during emergencies resolving shortages and expediting site activities.

  • Ensuring a consistent planning of global site activities and work with multiple functions to implement proper long-term strategies to guarantee Projects flawless execution and continuously rejuvenate the Site Operations way of working.

  • Developing tools and processes for enhancing future site operations.

  • Representing the Site Operations Organization in internal & external meetings ensuring compliance with policies across regions.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Masters degree Mechanical Management or Civil Engineering.

  • Have significant experience in the Oil & Gas Sector having covered roles related to Project Management/Leadership or Site Operations Management.

  • Demonstrate ability to develop and implement strategies to accomplish business goals.

  • Be able to believe in oneself self-motivated leader willing to take responsibilities across geographic and business boundaries.

  • Be able to achieve real business outcomes working with others across all levels of the organization.

  • Have effective communication skills high self-organization project and schedule management problem solving of project roadblocks and relationship development with key stakeholders.

  • Be able to travel domestically and internationally for project sites meetings and training at Baker Hughes Regional headquarters.
