The intern will be a member of our Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Corporate Team based in Milan and will mainly focus on H&S issues. The resource will be involved in:
Audit control and data reporting activities for central functions;
Coordination activities with Regions and plants;
Drafting of guidelines and procedures;
The resource we are looking for is a proactive and motivated person willing to spread the culture of safety within Prysmian Group.
What are the key challenges for this role:
Possibility to have Site visits to check the application of procedure and data management
Elaboration of report to be presented to top management

KPIS Frequency index/ Gravity Index
HSE Capex investment
Safety Culture Maturity Index

Who are we looking for
Masters degree in security engineering Chemical engineering Mechanical engineering or similar fields;
Knowledge of ISO 45001 e 18001 standards;
Knowledge of safety legislation (e.g. Legislative Decree 81/2008);
Familiarity with Risk Assessment;
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus;
Solid knowledge of Office Suite especially Excel and Power Point.
